Refund Policy

We have a 14 day return policy. This means that you have 14 days from when you receive your items to request a return.

How do I know if I’m eligible for a return?

To be Eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as to which you received it. This means unused and in its original packaging. We will also need proof of purchase provided. (Order number). Please note without the order number we cannot issue a refund.

How do I start a return?

To start a return you will need to contact us at info@deannahsdivinecreations.co.uk  With your order number for us to start the process.

Damage & issues

When you receive your order, please inspect your order and contact us if your order is damaged or you received the wrong item/s, so that we can deal with the issue and make it right.

Please note due to their delicate nature snap bars can easily break in transit however they are still perfectly useable.

Refunds

If your refund has been accepted, we will notify you. If accepted you will be refunded on your original payment method used. Please note it may take some time for your bank or card company to process the refund too.

We do not accept refunds or returns for:

 – Any products that have been used or partially used.

 – Products you don’t like the scent of as they are subjective.

 – Items declared damaged without photographic proof.
